Couche-Tard is proud to be included in Sustainalytics’ 2023 Top-Rated ESG Companies List and to be upgraded from an A to AA in the MSCI ESG Rating
Couche-Tard is proud to be featured as one of Sustainalytics Top Rated ESG Companies for 2023. This is the second year that Couche-Tard has received this award, which recognizes companies that have demonstrated a commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. Sustainalytics is part of Morningstar Sustainalytics, which provides high-quality, analytical ESG research, ratings and data to institutional investors and companies.
In addition, with a new AA rating, Couche-Tard has been recognized as a Leader by MSCI ESG and as a company leading its industry in managing the most significant ESG risks and opportunities. MSCI ESG Ratings aim to measure a company's management of financially relevant environmental, social and corporate governance risks and opportunities. The ratings model identifies the key ESG issues and risks that are most important to a particular industry or sector. An AA rating is among the highest a company can receive.

These new recognitions follow the company being awarded the Bronze EcoVadis Medal earlier in January. This award is for Circle K’s commitment and dedication to sustainability in Europe across all facets of the business.
