We recently upgraded six carwash locations with water reclaim systems, cutting water use by 65% and soap use by 33%.

Customers can now use our mobile app to find information on our EV network. We recently installed 5 EV charging stations on 3 sites, with 20 more on the way.
Upgrades to 12 carwash sites have reduced water usage by 20% per wash, and chemical use by 35%. More sites will be upgraded this year.

In a pilot project, we trained store managers on how to hire and train new employees -- taking a “train the trainer” approach to developing our people.

Our new Sustainability committee is encouraging office staff to adopt "greener" habits -- using reusable mugs and water bottles, alternatives to plastic bags, carpooling, avoiding unnecessary printing, and more.

Our StreetArt Program brings together local youth and police officers to paint the exterior walls of our stores. This collaboration opens up conversations, builds ties, and has reduced crime in these communities.

Several of our sites are part of the Minnesota Community Solar Garden program. To date, this project has reduced energy use by 18M kilowatt hours annually, equivalent to the CO2 emissions from 2,697 cars.
ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGION
Customer Experience
Our Circle K Conserve program is now available in 155 stores across Colorado: each time customers fill up, we invest in carbon reduction projects. We've partnered with Denver Groundworks to help plant trees, improve parks, clean up rivers, insulate houses, and more.

We completed the Operations Excellence program at roughly 375 stores, decluttering and organizing back rooms to increase employee safety.
We set up the division's Women's Council to support the engagement, empowerment and education of our business unit's female team members.

In 2019, we introduced new "better for you" choices -- organic, free of additives, low in saturated fat and vitamin enriched -- as well as Fair Trade coffee.

We launched the first public Compressed Natural Gas retail site in Dublin Port. To date, we've removed 18.5 tons of CO2 from fuel sales by replacing diesel with CNG.

Our new health and wellness program provides support through an interactive app, on-site classes, and activities such as organized walks and wellness and nutritional talks.
